Job Description:
Bricoleur Vineyards has an opening for a talented, wine industry professional assisting the Wine Club Manager as the Wine Club Coordinator, which is a critical component for the wineries Direct-To-Consumer strategy. The Wine Club Coordinator will oversee and / or assist with the planning and execution of all Wine Club activities related customer service and Wine Club special events. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail are a high priority to this role, to continue to build and maintain the Wine Club Business and to foster enjoyable Club Member experiences and relationships.
ESSENTIAL OPERATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR WINE CLUB COORDINATOR:
1. Member Engagement and Communication:
o Respond to member inquiries, assist with booking reservations, help with member satisfaction and retention.
o Collaborate with the Wine Club Manager and generate new ideas to recruit new members.
o Assist with answering emails, answering phones, and text messages.
o Engage with current and new members during their visit in the tasting room and events.
2. Club Shipments and Customization:
o Work with Wine Club Manager to coordinate club shipments, process customizations, and manage payment or address issues.
o Handle special requests, work with shipping department to handle shipping requests and issues.
3. Account and Data Management:
o Maintain accurate member profiles, update contact details, and manage membership data.
4. Help develop new programs and member benefits:
o Help with growing subscription and corporate memberships.
o Help build and manage member anniversary and birthday outreach programs.
o Assist with building a loyalty referral program for members.
o Assist in collaboration with marketing team for all wine club outreach and collateral needs. Work with Brand Manager for brand approvals on all materials and collateral.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College degree or 5 years work experience in the wine industry required.
2. Able to handle work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to change.
3. Strong written and verbal skills
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Outstanding professionalism and customer service skills and tact
6. Strong computer experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Commerce7, wine club and POS software knowledge a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluent English, spoken & written – Spanish efficiency a plus.
Compensation: Attractive compensation based on Experience - $25 - $29 per hour (Depends of Experience)

This is a full-time, on-site, role, including working all weekends and holidays (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off) in the tasting room at 7394 Starr Road in Windsor, CA.
