Summary:
The Data & Communications Analyst will be in charge of, but not limited to, customer inquiries, email campaigns, company communications, digital content creation, acquisition and compilation of data, project management, and potential business development. Leveraging the knowledge and experience of the First Growth Technologies team, the goal of Data & Communications Analyst is to coordinate tasks with the Operations Manager to increase company productivity and increase the scope of data acquisition and compilation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities are not listed in its entirety but are expected to be performed satisfactorily.
· Data Gathering & Compilation: Work with proprietary tools and processes to gather, compile & analyze data on the fine and rare wine market using Excel & SQL Databases.
· Marketing Strategy: Assist with the development and implementation of client marketing strategies; comprehensive coordination of email campaign design and implementation.
· Content Creation: Analyze data to devise, write and publish regular publications. Write and distribute periodic email campaigns to maintain relationships with customers.
· Customer Service: Perform first tier communication and interface with customers.
· Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed.
· Occasional off-site wine collection pick-ups and travel.

· Outstanding spoken & written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Passionate about the wine industry and technology.
· Desire to better oneself in the knowledge of wine and the wine industry.
· Experience with web-based mass email marketing platforms, e.g. MailChimp.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Ability to thrive in a small office environment; work effectively as a team member.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds.
· Willingness and ability to travel on short notice.
Education/Experience:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree. Experience with Excel, Email Marketing Platforms and demonstrated customer service skills. Prior experience with fine and rare wines is a plus.
$18-$25/hour depending on experience and qualifications
