Responsibilities:
Wine Club Management & Order Processing:
- Assist with member communication, sign-ups, and retention strategies
- Process wine club orders and shipments accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate wine club pick-up events and exclusive member experiences
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and update member accounts
- Manage inventory for wine club shipments and ensure stock is updated regularly
Event Coordination:
- Support planning and execution of winery events, private parties, and club gatherings
- Manage reservations, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Ensure smooth day-of operations and provide excellent guest experiences
Additional Duties:
- Assist with tasting room operations as needed
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and social media engagement
- Maintain detailed records and reports
Requirements:
Previous experience in wine clubs, hospitality, or event planning
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in processing orders and handling inventory
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of wine is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and event days as needed
$25-$28 per hr
