Arel Group Wine and Spirits is a family-owned wine Importer established since 1999 and distributing through the best US distributors exceptional wines from different regions in Italy. The family wine making history began over 150 years ago and has gained a high reputation in the beverage industry in the USA and other important foreign markets.
About the Position
We seek a candidate to continue to develop and grow Arel Group Wine & Spirits business throughout the California region. The candidate should possess excellent planning, report building, communication, organizational, analyzation and self-motivational skills.
Essential Duties
· Develop, implement, and achieve annual sales and account sold goals (on and off premise)
· Develop, implement, and execute sales programs for region
· Ensure pricing accuracy for all markets
· Conduct quarterly survey of major accounts in each market
· Build and maintain relationship with top on and off premise accounts in each market
· Work with coach and educate top distributor sales and district managers monthly
· Conduct general sales meetings with distributors on a consistent basis
Ability to travel
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree
5 years related experience and knowledge is mandatory
· Wine industry sales experience
· Excellent communication skills, articulate with strong public speaking ability.
· Ability to persuade and influence.
· Strong Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point skill necessary.
· Preferred residence in Southern California area
