About the Role

Due to an exciting promotion, we are seeking a Sales Reporting Analyst to join our US National Sales Team based in San Francisco. This exciting role will contribute to our success through insightful analysis and strategic collaboration with our national sales team while also supporting the development and on-going management of our in-market analytical systems and processes. 

What you’ll be doing

Performance reporting

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports against KPOs and KPIs
  • Performance reporting
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Support market planning with data-driven insights
  • Contribute historical data to sales forecasting

Market Analysis & Insights

  • Provide monthly support for sales presentations and meetings
  • Develop sales sheets and support marketing initiatives
  • Aid local sales teams in evaluating business opportunities for growth

In-Market Analytical Systems

  • Manage operational requests with external vendors
  • Streamline and systematize data processes globally
  • Assist sales in setting up and utilizing analytical systems

What you’ll bring

  • A 4-Year college degree qualification.
  • You will have strong analytical skills and an interest in sales and market analysis.
  • Driven by data, with an intermediate to advanced experience using Excel. 
  • You have strong attention to detail and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice
  • Demonstrates a ‘winning together’ mindset by understanding the perspectives of others, creating a positive team culture, managing emotions and maintaining strong bonds.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Achieves high standards of work, demonstrating attention to detail, perseverance, commitment and initiative within scope of authority
