We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with customers. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and have a knack for business development, we want to hear from you.
What does the job look like?
- Daily passion for our producers. We are motivated in large part by our friends who make the wines.
- Conduct technical sales presentations to current and potential clients
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding customer base, i.e. continual prospecting
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approach
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage key accounts through effective account management practices
- Achieve personal sales goals
You would be a good fit if you…
- Can dialogue cogently about all facets of wine
- Have proven experience in outside sales or related field
- Have strong business development skills
- Have the ability to analyze market data and customer behavior to drive sales
- Have excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
- Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel or Google equivalents
- Have demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Already have an established network of accounts in this territory (a plus, but not necessary)
- Can manage using the public transit system with a heavy wine bag, while keeping temperatures pristine and being on time for a full day appointments

$65,000 - $100,000 Annual Potential Commission
