Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Vineyard Technician to join our team and help maintain the health and productivity of our vineyard. This role involves hands-on work in the vineyard, including vine management, pest control, irrigation, and harvesting.
Responsibilities:
- Prune, train, and maintain grapevines to ensure optimal growth
- Monitor vine health and identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and organic treatments as needed
- Operate and maintain vineyard equipment (e.g., tractors, sprayers, irrigation systems)
- Assist in grape harvesting, sorting, and quality control
- Maintain vineyard records and report any issues to management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
